Jaden Smith, the famous “Karate Kid” child star, and 21-year-old rapper, who is known for his performances in “The Pursuit of Happiness, The Karate Kid, The Day The Earth Stood Still,” might not be in the best of health. The rapper is suffering from nutrition imbalances after he adopted a vegan diet.
Jaden’s parents Will Smith and Jada Pinkett expressed their concern regarding Jaden’s health in September last year. They were concerned that their son looked malnourished and was covered with dark circles. He arranged for a health intervention for their son to fully understand his illness and what could be done to get him back to normal.
After the parents appointed a health expert to help with Jaden’s health problems, it turned out that Jaden had Vitamin B12, Omega 3 and Vitamin D deficiency, also his diet did not include enough proteins and necessary nutrients that his body needed to keep well.
During this crucial time of illness, Jaden Smith opened up and said that people would often ask him if he had some water, and if he was sick or ill.
Jaden said, “I’m here eating also. Like, I’m good. Like, I’m fine.” Jaden, although he was not very happy with the overreactions that he was receiving from the public regarding his health issues.
In the beginning, Jaden was apprehensive of approaching the medial doctors for his results, but with a bit of help and support from his father, Will Smith, he consulted the doctors. The Experts said that he needed to include meat and fish in his diet to get better and make other health and routine changes in his diet.
Currently, the rapper is not in a critical health condition and is most likely to improve if he makes the necessary health changes in his diet. As of now, Jaden Smith is trying his best to get better and live a healthier life.
