Mad Max Fury Road 2
Fans loved the characters and action sequences in the movie and demanded a sequel. New reports suggest that two Mad Max movies may happen. One will be a sequel and the other one will be a prequel. The prequel will be released first and focus on the early life of Imperator Furiosa. Reports also suggest that Yahya Abdul-Mateen 2 has been roped in for a major role in the prequel.
Furthermore, Tom Hardy who replaced Mel Gibson in the remake has confirmed that he signed up for three films. Charlize Theron who portrayed Imperator Furiosa also expressed interest in returning to the franchise. Prequel may feature a new actress because it is about the early days of Imperator Furiosa and Charlize Theron has grown out of that age.
