Stalker is a shooting video game of the horror zone. S.T.A.L.K.E.R. stands for Scavenger, Trespassers, Adventurers, Loners, Killers, Explorers, Robbers. The game was developed by G.S.C. Game World for Microsoft Windows. The game is a shooting survival game set in the area surrounding the Chernobyl nuclear power plant ( a disaster site) where some changes occur due to an explosion. The first release of the game was Shadow of Chernobyl, which was released on March 20, 2007, and also Call of Pripyat on October 2, 2009.
The plot of the game
The game about stalkers who enter the zone in search of anomalies i.e., the artifacts, objects with unique physical properties. They come for these items for their personal profits, and also there are some mutant human beings with incredible power and abilities. On the other hand, the zone is protected by Armed forces of Ukraine, and even Ukrainian Spetsnaz works for the protection of mutants by doing surgical strikes on stalkers.
talker 2 was scheduled for release in 2012, which was announced in 2010 but was canceled by G.S.C. games through a tweet on April 25, 2012. Then it was published in 2018 with a Facebook post announcing release year as 2021. The game was announced with information that it would be working on Unreal Engine 4.
Recently the creator has shared a screenshot related to the game sequel showing the first glimpse of stalker 2.
Till yet there is no confirmed actual release date for the game’s sequel, but by the end of this year, we must be getting much more interesting information about the game from the creator.
