Queen of South was in a lot of expectations for the launch in June 2020. Due to the pandemic situations, the show had to delay the release. We are unaware of the release date as of now. Everything depends on the condition worldwide. The production of the series is at a halt for the period.
We saw that all the previous seasons got released during June. We expected the release would be in that month, but it will get delayed.
Every season consisted of about 13 episodes. Each episode was 30-45 minutes long. It was in the last year when the announcement for the fifth season of Queen of South was made.
The story takes place in the life of Teresa Mendoza, who is surrounded by drugs and drug dealing. She soon runs off to America after her drug-dealing boyfriend gets murdered. Soon she decides to get out of the miserable life of her and become the ruler of the globe. She plans out to take revenge on the Cartel Lords.
We are unaware of the plot for the fifth season. The officials will not reveal it now due to the pandemic situation.

We will see our protagonist, the Queen of South Teresa Mendoza. Unfortunately, we will be missing one character, Tony Parra (Julian Silva), after he dies in an explosion in the season four finale.
The rest of the cast includes, Pote Galvez (Hemky Madera), James Valdez (Peter Gadiot) and Alonzo Loya (Nick Sagar).
