When Chris Evans, popularly known for his role as Captain America Marvel Cinematic Universe Movies, had joined Instagram recently, fans were thrilled seeing him on board. Though when on 1st May he signed up for the popular social media platform, we were quite an oblivion that what prompted him to do so, now we know the reason.
Evans was in an interview with Jimmy Fallon on his renowned show ‘The Tonight Show,’ and when he was asked about his sudden appearance, “the so late to the party” actor explained that he had done this for his dog, Dodger.
He said that “Yeah, I don’t know what it was. I don’t know. I guess I caved. I feel like such an old man. I’m so late to the party. You know what it is? I had too many good pictures of my dog. I was like these are being wasted on my phone. I gotta put these somewhere.”
So fans, this is not for an announcement of the next Marvel movie or his new project. Well, literally Evans using his gallery, not to the fullest yet, but yeah more is yet to come.
The four posts he has uploaded until now includes two of Dodger’s. The foremost post was a video about All In Challenge, where he invited fans to join and donate. After that, he came up with Dodger’s image, where Evans tried to shave off the dog but regretted when the process left a patch on the pet’s body. The occasion of mother’s day brought the third port, and again the last one went to Dodger.
It’s not been long since the actor has joined the social media platform, but until now, his follower count is 3.6 Million, and definitely, it will peak to a new level and showing his inactiveness on Instagram he’s not following anyone. Before joining IG, Evans was quite frequent on Twitter to express his political views, his passion, and obviously Dodger.
Well, this will be interesting to see that will Evans turn into a crazy enthusiast here or will be a blue moon in the sky.
