Bodyguard is a British Cop political thriller drama on BBC One. Being a cop thriller this series surely gives us an insight into a lot more issues like politics and how the government deals with certain problems.
The show also focuses on mental illness and much more. The show was a bit among the British people and soon came on Netflix.

Bodyguard season 1 Plot
The first season showed us a cop played by Richard Madden, dealing with PTSD given the post of protection officer for the HOME Secretary of the UK played by Keeley Hawes. The first season almost made us all shook when David was accused of the murder of Julia.
The show very well gave us an insight into how much politics goes into the system and how the government handles private information. The show’s take on mental health was also applauded.
Bodyguards Season 2 Plot
While the second season will have a leap of at least a year and might show us how David copes with being accused as related to the murder of Julia. And it is also speculated that he will not return to a normal job but will return as a bodyguard again.
They are some fan theories of how Julia might not be dead since her dead body was not shown in the series and that she will be back alive in the 2 seasons.
