After 12 seasons already, the show is heading towards another season, which will be called Doctor Who season 13. A Time Lord and Lady who belongs to the race living on the planet, Gallifrey are the protagonists here. They happen to travel in their ship the T.A.R.D.I.S and roam around through time and space. T.A.R.DI.S is the abbreviation of Time and Relative Dimension In Space, as they call in the series.

As usual, the filming of the show took a halt due to the Coronavirus pandemic that broke out. No sooner things started getting unlocked, the shooting for the movie had also started. Following all the guidelines and safety measures laid out, BBC once again is back into the game with its science-fiction drama.

According to the showrunner of the series, Chris Chibnall, “In this strangest of years, the Doctor Who production team has worked wonders to get the show back into production.” It will take around 10 months to shoot for the series. So we will still have to wait long before it hits the screen.

We cannot even expect the show to release even by the new year as well. Although the production for the special Revolution of the Daleks has already wrapped up, we are yet to know when will it air.

Nicholas Briggs stated, “All I can tell you is when the caption came up at the end of the last episode saying it was Revolution of the Daleks that was news to me because when I read it it just had a code number on it so I didn’t know what it was called.”
He further added, “But it is a very apposite title. It fits perfectly – but not in the way that you’d think. I can see why they’ve called it that.”
