Time travel, world war, and International Espionage, Nolan’s new movie has everything.
Director of popular Dark Knight franchise, Space adventure Interstellar, and dream heist movie Inception is back. Christopher Nolan’s new movie is titled, Tenet. Like his previous movies, Tenet promises a gripping and confusing plot along with the concept of time travel and espionage.
New Project called Tenet
Reports suggest that Tenet is to date the most expensive of Nolan after Dark Knight rises. Producers Warner Brothers allotted a budget of 225 million dollars for the film. Needless to say, they must have loved the script. The movie is shot in seven different countries, which are India, Estonia, United Kingdom, Norway, Denmark, Italy, and the United States of America.
Cast and Crew
Nolan has roped in some big names in the cast of the movie, such as Robert Pattinson, Michael Cane, Kenneth Branagh. Furthermore, John David Washington will be the main protagonist. He will be supported by other actors and actresses such as Elizabeth Debicki, Dimple Kapadia, Clemence Posey, Sean Avery, among others.
In addition to the plot, the Director is also known for its excellent cinematography and presentation. He has roped in a bunch of talented people to recreate the beautiful cinematography of his earlier films.
Some of these people are Cinematographer Hoyte van Hoytema, Editor Jennifer Lame, Designer Nathan Crowley, and Visual Effects supervisor Andrew Jackson. Moreover, Swedish composer Ludwig Goransson will compose the original score for the movie.
Tenet Release Date and Views of Cast
The movie will release on 17th July 2020. The trailer for the movie came out in December. It drops vague hints about the plot, but actor Robert Pattinson had this to say about the movie:
“I got locked in a room to read the script – I don’t have it myself. I’ve been a little wary of doing big movies for years and years, but there’s just something about Chris Nolan’s stuff. He seems like the only Director now who can do what is essentially a very personal, independent movie that has a huge scale. I read the script, and it’s unreal.”
Wait and Watch
That certainly raises our expectations, and keeping in mind the track record of Nolan; we may not be disappointed.
