Dreepy
Dreepy is a dual-type Dragon and Ghost-type Pokemon introduced in Generation VIII. It also goes by the name Lingering Pokémon. Does Dreepy seem weak to you? Well, the Moveset, Stats, Abilities, Strength, and weakness Dreepy has against other types also don’t deny that and if it a running race and not battle it could win you a medal but still you may need this evolution. Know why in the latter part:
Physical Appearance
This Pokémon looks like a reptile or an amphibian. It’s a small, green Pokémon with yellow eyes, pink horns and a lighter green tail which has a green area with three protrusions around it. It has two hand-like protrusions.
Behavior
It and other evolution forms of this Pokémon are reborn ghosts of prehistoric sea species. It tends to wander around the locations where it lived in the past life after it’s reborn. They are extremely weak when it comes to fighting. A mere child can defeat it. However, it’s much stronger when it evolves. It fights alongside its evolved forms Drakloak and Dragapult. Dragapult even launches it at Mach speed but this Pokémon clearly enjoys that.

How Much Useful Is My Dreepy?
Dreepy is a Dragon and Ghost-type Pokemon which makes it vulnerable to Ice, Dragon, Fairy, Ghost, and Dark-type Pokemon. It has speed but not Defense.
It has the following abilities
- Clear Body: Opponent’s moves that lower this Pokémon’s stats have no effect on it. It’s interesting to note that even though this ability is helpful, it may lower its stats with its own moves
- Infiltrator: The Protections and Stat boost caused by the moves Substitute, Reflect, Light, Safeguard, and Screen by the opposite Pokemon are ignored.
- Cursed Body: It’s a hidden ability. When this Pokémon is hit by a move , there are 30% chance that the move will be disabled.
This Pokémon is extremely weak that a child is enough to defeat it but the evolution of this Pokémon is totally worth it. If you want Drakloak and Dragapult, getting Dreepy is a good choice. Train it! Evolve it! There you have it, your Pokémon.
Well, do you think that the Dreepy Evolution can suffice your needs in the game after going through its weakness, Moveset, stats, and more? If yes then you should run down to the Dreepy Evolution!
But if still, you think that you may find some better Moveset, stats, and less unhealthy weakness with the help of evolution other than of Dreepy, then Herald Journalism has information stocked for that purpose.
