Eddy appeared on the reality dating series in 2017, revealing that her cousin is a convicted assassin. An MTV spokesman confirmed Fox News’s tragic news: “MTV deeply saddened to learn about Alexis Eddy’s tragic loss. During this difficult time, our hearts go out to her family and friends.”
In the past, Eddy had been extremely open about her fighting with substance abuse, but she celebrated becoming sober in August 2019.
If I can be an example of becoming sober at the time, she wrote on Twitter. Then I can get started as an example.
What Alexis Eddy said on August 27th:
Getting sober & seeing & focusing on fixing my character defects is the absolute best thing that might ever have happened to me. So happy and grateful.

Eddy announced in September that her father was clean and sober as well.
Here’s my father and me’s first picture, both sober and healthy, we’ve always been blessed enough to take, “she captioned a photo of the two.” Today overwhelmed by gratitude.
Eddy revealed that she engaged in October. But the pictures with her fiance have since been deleted. They believe in having broken up.

Eddy’s former MTV co-stars reacted on social media late Thursday to her death. Ethan Cohen wrote yesterday, literally spoke to Alexis about how much better her life is sober. Simply don’t even know how to feel right now. I can’t believe we’re never going to have another convoy of heart.
