Most of its body is pinkish-purple with a short, white skirt around its waist, which resembles the flesh of mangosteen when it reduces open. It has beady yellow eyes and two tiny legs. On top of its head is a green calyx. This structure consists of four leafy inexperienced formations and a quick stem.

This Pokémon exudes a delicious odor from its entire body, which has made it popular with human beings of the Alola region. This scent has a calming effect on people, so they are regularly used as dwelling air fresheners. However, its sweet scent has additionally induced it to be swallowed whole through other Pokémon, especially Toucannon. It is too sweet for human consumption, however, its sweat can be used to make juice.

While fleeing danger, Bounsweet skips alongside in a way that does not deliver its desperation. As a result, no one ever comes to help it. It has been recognized to drive away enemies by rotating its calyx, however, it becomes dizzy afterward.
