Gourgeist or in Japanese, Pumpjin is a dual-type Ghost/Grass Pokémon introduced in Generation VI. It evolves from Pumpkaboo when traded. Gourgeist comes in four different variations: Small Size, Average Size, Large Size, and Super Size. Gourgeist is a four-size ghostly Pokémon: Tiny, Medium, Tall, and Super Sized. The frame is a dark brown pumpkin with a shiny, yellow-orange face cut into the forehead and a pair of nubby legs. The face is made of two triangular eyes and a wide lip; a tiny triangular cutout for a nose is on top of the chin. Its slim brown-orange ear, with bright yellow eyes and a wide mouth with no clear nose, is sticking out from the top of the pumpkin. Gourgeist has thick, pale pink hair with arm-like tendrils that surround his face and bangs that normally cover one eye. A crescent-shaped tuft on top of the head is brown; this tuft resembles the stem of a pumpkin.

The four separate sizes of Gourgiest decide a goal on who they’re bringing into the afterlife. They will transfer their bodily proportions to their descendants. During a new moon’s eve, Gourgeist wanders the streets of the town while humming an eerie poem. Those who listen to his music would be punished.
