Landorus Pokémon | Evolution, Weakness, Moveset, Stats, And More!

Landorus

Landorus is a Ground/Flying Legendary Pokémon that was introduced in the Fifth Generation. Landorus evolution can make you possess some of the abilities, stats, moveset, and strength that help to a great extent even in reducing the weakness it has towards other types of Pokemon.

Landorus has two different forms: Incarnate Forme and Therian Forme.

The Incarnate Forme is a humanoid Pokémon with most of its skin-colored in orange. There are some big noticeable pink-colored spots on its skin as well. It has a robust body structure with a genie-like appearance. Three pink spikes are located on top of its head with a pair of triangular-shaped ears on both sides. A thick white log is present behind its head. Its eyes are yellow in color but it becomes very difficult to see its pupils. Two diamond-shaped pink-coloured figures are drawn on its chest area with raindrop-shaped figures present on its shoulders and elbows. A pink raindrop symbol is also present above its naval portion. The arms are thick and muscular while its lower body is covered with a cloud-like structure. A large-sized dark brown tail is fixed at its back with numerous pink-colored protuberances emerging from the surface.

However, Landorus’ Therian Forme is slightly different from the above-mentioned one. This forme appears to be a bit thinner than the Incarnate Forme. Its mouth and the nasal area are covered in white-colored fur. The eyes are yellow and spherical in shape with white pupils in them. Three long pink-colored figures are present on its forehead. It pretty much looks like a tiger. Several pink figures are also drawn on its yellow skin. However, it doesn’t possess a diamond-shaped figure. Instead, it has thick comma-shaped, and long tube-like symbols on its skin. It has four legs with three pink nails in each one of them. The bottom region of its legs appears to be covered in some kind of cloud-shaped figure. Like Incarnate Forme, it also keeps a giant-sized brown tail at its back with pink protrusions arising from various parts of its tail. The white log is also located behind its head.

Landorus is only found in male form. Its female counterpart doesn’t exist in the Pokémon universe.

How To Evolve?

Landorus doesn’t change to any form that can have been termed as evolution. However, it does have two distinct forms – Incarnate Forme and Therian Forme.Landorus Pokémon | Evolution, Weakness, Moveset, Stats, And More!

Incarnate Forme serves as the original form of the Landorus. The activation of its alternate form requires the usage of the Reveal Glass. This object first made its debut in Pokémon: Black 2 and White 2 games. It has the capability to alter the Forces of Nature so that Landorus can achieve its Therian Forme.

How Much Useful Is My Landorus?

The tail of the Landorus plays a crucial role in providing proper nourishment to the soil for the growth of healthy crops. Because of this ability, it has also been hailed as the “Guardian of the Fields”.

Unlike many Pokémon, it likes to reside above the clouds. Additionally, when Tornadus and Thundurus visit the Unova area, it also joins them.

1. The Incarnate Forme

Sand Force proves to be the main ability of Landorus. It preserves the Pokémon from sandstorms. Also, Landorus increases the amount of damage caused by its Rock, Steel, and Ground-type moveset up to 30%. There are only 18 Pokémon that possess this type of ability and two of them belong to the category of Mega Pokémon.

Sheer Force is the hidden ability of Landorus. This ability boosts the power of those moves which contain secondary effects up to 33%.

2. The Therian Forme

Intimidate helps in reducing the power of the attacks and damages caused by enemies of Landorus by one level, eliminating weakness to an extent.

Weakness

Landorus has weakness against all types of Water and Ice-type moveset.

Well, do you think that the Landorus Evolution can suffice your needs in the game after going through its weakness, Moveset, stats, and more? If yes then you should run down to the Landorus Evolution!

But if still, you think that you may find some better Moveset, stats, and less unhealthy weakness with the help of evolution other than of Landorus, then Herald Journalism has information stocked for that purpose.
