Taken 4 release date is eagerly awaited by the audience. However, the return of the trilogy seems difficult. Neeson on a chat show denied any possibility of part 4. Taken is a trilogy. The first film was released on 27 February 2008 in France and later in the United States on 30 January 2009. It was followed by Taken 2 which was released in 2012 and Taken 3 in 2014. In 2017 a television series was premiered on NBC. The TV series ran for two seasons. The second season premiered in January 2018. On May 11, 2018, NBC canceled the series.

Taken 4 will require an interesting plot if the makers want to expand the trilogy. They cannot show one person getting kidnapped again and again. In the first part of the movie, Bryan Mill’s 17-year-old daughter was kidnapped while she was vacationing in France. The second installment began where the first ended. The families of the kidnappers kidnap Lenore, Mill’s wife to get revenge from him. They attempt to kidnap his daughter again. In the third and final installment, Bryan tries to clear his name after his wife is murdered.

In the TV series, Clive Standen played a younger Bryan Mills. Brooklyn Sudano plays Asha, a well-educated, attractive student from an upper middle-class family. She meets Bryan when she is studying.
