Turtonator Pokémon | Evolution, Weakness, Moveset, Stats, And More!

Turtonator is a fire/dragon type pokemon that was introduced in Gen 7. It is known as the Blast Turtle pokemon. The type to which Turtonator belongs gives it a lot in form of its Moveset, Stats, Abilities, but that same thing allows it to have a weakness against other Pokemons. So, let’s know what side of Turtonator evolution is better.

Turtonator Pokemon is a bipedal, turtle-like kind-of Pokemon with a spiny shell. Turtonator’s skin is a muted green and only visible on its limbs, tail, head, and its neck. On top of its head, there is an additional shell with many points around the brim. This extra shell has a black center, yellow in the middle, and a red outer rim. Its eyes have black markings around the bottom, and it has a tubular, yellow snout with a single, large nostril. Turtonator Pokemon has a wide mouth with the lower lip marked by a jagged yellow line extending from its nose. On each side of Turtonator Pokemon’s long neck are two short, triangular projections. Its front legs have mitten-like hands, while its hind feet have claw-like red growths around them. Its tail is covered by red plating, which has fin-like projections. The shell that encases its body has a red underside with an a star-shaped, yellow rimmed hole in the center. The back of the shell has a yellow center with several spikes: four large spikes with red bases form a star shape in the center with four smaller spikes around them.

This Pokemon resides on volcanoes only, where it camouflages itself among the rocks there and waits for its prey. In addition to hunting, Turtonator Pokemon also feed on sulfur and other volcanic-related materials. This diet rich in explosive material has contributed to a layer of explosive material in its shells. When prey steps onto its shell, it strikes itself with its own tail to cause an explosion. The explosion is ignited by sparks from the spikes on its shell and released through the hole on its own chest.[1] This orifice also acts as Turtonator Pokemon’s weak point. Its explosive capabilities are dampened by the rain, however, so it takes refuge in caves on rainy days. It is also capable of spewing or throwing poisonous gas and flames from its nostrils. As shown in Pokemon Adventures the Sun/Moon/Ultra Sun/Ultra Moon chapter Turtonator can use its feces as explosive land mines.

How To Evolve?

Turtonator Pokemon is a dual-type fire or dragon pokemon that was introduced in Generation VII. It is not known to evolve into any other kind of Pokemon.Turtonator Pokémon | Evolution, Weakness, Moveset, Stats, And More!

How Useful Is Turtonator Pokemon?

Turtonator can take a very few hits all the credit goes to its great Fire/ Dragon defensive typing and amazing defensive stats. This Pokemon has a calm nature with also having max HP and a very special kind of defense which lets the turtle take special hits as well, as its physical defense is already very good.

Despite great physical defense and good typing, Turtonator Pokemon just does not exert enough offensive pressure on the opponent. Low speed and unremarkable support of Turtonator moveset leave the turtle without a clear role and that comes out as its weakness.
Turtonator is the only known Pokemon capable of learning the move.
Well, do you think that the Turtonator Evolution can suffice your needs in the game after going through its weakness, Moveset, stats, and more? If yes then you should run down to the Turtonator Evolution!
But if still, you think that you may find some better Moveset, stats, and less unhealthy weakness with the help of evolution other than of Turtonator, then Herald Journalism has information stocked for that purpose.
