Anorith
Anorith, a Pokemon evolution that can give you Moveset, abilities, stats to bring down many foes but simultaneously one which has a weakness against others. So, would you choose it or not? Let’s decide:
Anorith (Japanese: アノプス Anopth) is a greenish-gray, arthropod Pokemon, and is based on an ancient ocean-dwelling creature from pre carabian era called Anomalocaris. It also resembles Brine Shrimp, having similar eyes and feather-like protrusions on its sides. A stalk extends from either side of its head and has large, spherical eyes at the tips. The middle of its head is black with two teardrop-shaped red-colored markings, and an x-shaped mouth is visible on the underside of its torso. Beneath its head is two large, segmented claws that serve as weapons and are used to capture prey and would become Claw Fossil later. This Claw Fossil is the way to resurrect the Pokemon with help of some science too. On each side of its body are four white-colored appendages with red tips. These wing-like projections are used to propel itself through seas. Over time, its eight feet transformed into large wings.
It now lives in the seas of ancient times after it got extinct. It is still existing under the ownership of Trainers through revival from Claw Fossil. After all this, Anorith can no longer thrive in today’s oceans because the water composition has changed since ancient times.
Anorith appears in the anime episode Wheres Armaldo? where it, along with other prehistoric Pokemon, were being studied about. Many Anorith appear in Wild In the Streets! where they were resurrected with the help of scientists.

How To Evolve?
There are currently 2 Pokemon in total in the Anorith family. Anorith evolves into Armaldo which costs 50 Candies. It was introduced in Generation 3 in Hoenn Region. Anorith is resurrected from Claw Fossil.
How Much Useful Is My Anorith?
Anorith has pretty decent base stats, the highest being of attack. But cannot be claimed useless as with good strategy, this Pokemon can still stand strong by encountering the opponents’ weaknesses. Its claws are very strong and help to prey. It is strong against poison and normal and thus can resist 63% damage. The biggest flaw is that this Pokemon is weak against water.
Weaknesses
Anorith is a Rock/Bug-type Pokemon, which makes it weak against Water, Rock, and Steel moveset also it is the only Pokemon who has weakness against water.
The other strong Pokemon who can stand a great chance against Anorith are Metagross, Rampardos, Kingler, Kyogre, Dialga.
Well, do you think that the Anorith Evolution can suffice your needs in the game after going through its weakness, Moveset, stats, and more? If yes then you should run down to the Anorith Evolution!
But if still, you think that you may find some better Moveset, stats, and less unhealthy weakness with the help of evolution other than of Anorith, then Herald Journalism has information stocked for that purpose.
