Runerigus is a dual-type Ground and Ghost-type Pokémon introduced in Generation VIII. It’s also known as the Grudge Pokémon. Overall, with quite a few weakness still, this haphazard Runerigus Pokemon brings a lot to you from the evolution and that will be clearly visible from its Moveset, Stats, Abilities among other specifications.
Its main body is made up of an oblong, irregularly shaped clay slab along with an outline of a stylized serpent. It has really sharp teeth painted in red color and a single purple eye in the center. It’s said that it was formed from a painting imbued with an ancient curse which was activated by absorbing the spirit of a Yamask and that’s how the painting was brought to life. Those who touch its body will have all the memories behind its painting carved into it. Two sections of the slab on the upper left and right side with the piece that bears the tip of something that looks like a tail that has been broken off but is held together in a place by shadowy black tendrils. It also forms arms, neck, and tail. It had five fingers in each hand.

How To Find Runerigus?
|Evolve Yamask/Galarian Yamask|
How To Evolve?
Runerigus is the evolved form of Galarian Yamask. It has a pretty unique evolution method that requires two conditions to be met. Yamask can be easily found roaming around on Route 6, which lies between Hammerlocke and Stow-on-Side. In order to evolve Galarian Yamask into Runerigus, the player must make it take 49 or more damage and then take it to the specific spot in the Dusty Bowl zone of the Wild Area. Surprisingly, Galarian Yamask’s level doesn’t even matter as long as it is able to live after missing those 49 health points. When this Pokémon is weak then the player needs to run under the stone-arch in the Dusty Bowl. It will automatically start evolving once you reach here. Just Make sure your Pokémon doesn’t die. That’s the most important and challenging matter while evolving it.
How Much Useful Is My Runerigus?
Runerigus is a Ground and Ghost-type Pokemon which makes it to have a weakness towards Water, Grass, Ice, Ghost, and Dark-type Moveset. Judging by its stats the best nature to have for this Pokémon can be considered Relaxed. It means an increase in Defense stats but a Decrease in Speed stats. It has some unique attributes that may be really valuable to the team. Like Earthquake that allows it to deal damage to physical attackers it checks. Will-o-wisp allows crippling physical attackers that try to break through it. Further, Toxic Spikes can be really damaging for the opponents.
Its Wandering Spirit ability allows this Pokémon to exchange abilities with the Pokemon that hits it with a move that makes direct contact with it. This Pokémon is very passive as it lacks recovery and does not have any good special bulk. It’s not capable of threatening defoggers in RU seriously. But it may serve as a niche entry hazard setter or check to common physical attackers. It is suitable for those teams that appreciate the fighting immunity, entry Hazards support, and the physical bulk. All of these are available in this Pokémon. It cannot recover on its own so it would appreciate those Pokemons that can recover it like Aromatisse and Vaporeon or some other healing Pokémon. Teammates that can switch into knock off are highly appreciated such as Silvally and Scrafty, the reason behind this is they cannot check physical attackers. And lastly, for Defoggers, Passimian and Braviary are really helpful. It can overcome those with the right teammates.
