Sharpedo Pokémon | Evolution, Weakness, Moveset, Stats, And More!

Sharpedo is a non-legendary Pokemon evolution but that doesn’t make it to stop from having legendary Moveset, Stats, and abilities so, obviously you will like it but just don’t escape from the details and at least have a look to protect it from those adversaries against which it has a weakness.

Sharpedo (Japanese: サメハダー Samehader) is a torpedo-shaped shark Pokemon covered with tiny, sharp denticles. It has a large mouth with triangular, sharp teeth. Its eyes are a deep red color that glows in the dark. It has two-gill slits situated directly behind each eye. It is dark blue in color, with a white underbelly, and has a dark cyan blue color on top. In addition, a yellow star-shaped marking, one on the snout other on its has a tall dorsal Finn with two notches cut into it with a pelvic Finn directly opposite it. They mostly do not group together. Their body resemblance is also said to be similar to ocean sunfish.

As Mega Sharpedo, the length has increased but not the body color. The fangs in its mouth have transformed, and the horns that have sprouted from its nose are fangs that can be regrown countless times. The star mark gets smaller and yellow striped markings appear all over the body. Its fins have grown and increased.

Sharpedo swallows and shoots out jets of seawater from its rear, which allows it to swim 75 to 80 miles per hour. But it is unable to swim long distances. Sharpedo uses the teeth to finish off their opponent. They are also known to be smart and independent. Its fangs are very strong and can rip through iron and steel, being able to tear apart a supertanker into pieces. It attacks any ships that enter the waters it lives in. It lives in the sea. Sharpedo is known to prey on small Wailmer.

How To Evolve?

There are currently in total 2 Pokemon in the Carvanha family. Sharpedo evolves from Carvanha which costs 50 Candies. It is introduced in Generation 3 at level 30. Sharpedo can further evolve into Mega Sharpedo using the Mega Stone which was introduced in Pokemon X and Y.

How Much Useful Is My Sharpedo?

Sharpedo has pretty attractive Base stats highest being that of attack which indicates that they have great strength. Its moves are also quite deadly. This Pokemon has the highest attack stat as the non-legendary water-type. It will do a large amount of damage if you can dodge efficiently. They are also said to be very smart and thus can defeat the opponent with good tactics. This Pokemon’s teeth are fatal to the opponent and can prey on the opponent thus making it a great forceful competitive tool against others.

Sharpedo is a Water/Dark-type Pokemon, which makes it to have a weakness against Fairy, Bug, Electric, Grass, and Fighting moveset.

The other strong Pokemons who can stand a great chance against Sharpedo are Raikou, Sirfetch’d, Zapdos, Alakazam.
