The entire world danced on the tunes of Bella Ciao when the first season of Money Heist was released on December 20, 2017.
La casa de papel, or commonly known as Money Heist, is a Spanish thriller and heist crime drama series. This show soon became famous and was critically acclaimed for its sophisticated storyline, excellent direction, and moral dilemmas. The fourth season of it was recently released on Netflix on April 3, 2020. Now fans are eagerly waiting for the fifth season.
Money Heist: The Show Details
The plot of Money Heist revolves around a team of robbers, who name themselves after cities to keep their identities a secret. The mastermind, Professor lead this team. The Professor plans to organize the biggest heist, and for this, his target is the Royal Mint of Spain. Their aim is not to rob money but to print it inside the Mint. The team of robbers who have nothing to lose, take hostages, and commit the perfect crime while the Professor stays outside and remains in contact with the officials. The narrator of the show is one of the team members, Tokyo, a rebellious and hot-headed young woman.
Will they be able to pull off successfully the biggest heist of all time?
Money Heist Season 5: All Deets
Money Heist Season 4 ended on a cliff hanger. [spoiler] We know Nairobi is dead, and Lisbon (Raquel) has escaped the officials and is now with the team. The moral of the group is down after Nairobi’s death and interpersonal dramas, but the good thing is, they have captured Gandia.
Now, we can expect a plot revolving around Sergio’s encounter with Alicia. Questions like- “Who will die next? Will they be able to meet the targeted quantity of gold? How will they escape?” should hopefully be answered in Money Heist season 5.
When Will Season 5 Release?
Netflix has yet not confirmed the fifth season of Money Heist, but as many loose ends need to be tied, we are hopeful that a fifth season will hit the small screens around early 2021.
