We can expect Tylor Schilling to be back as Piper Chapman. Laura Prepon can be seen as Alex Vause.
Kate Mulgrew can reappear as Galina “Red” Reznikov. Natasha Lyonne is expected to be back as Nicky Nicholas.

There is one bad news for the fans. There isn’t any news related to season 8.
But in October 2017, that was confirmed that the seventh season is going to be released on July 26, 2019and that is going to be the last season.
