The official website of the Re: Zero Anime series has announced the postponement on March 9, 2020, with the heading “Re: Life in a Different World from Zero” Announcement of Postponement of the Second Broadcasting Start.”
The announcement further says,

Effects of Coronavirus (COVID-19) on Anime World
The pandemic has affected the nations on a massive scale. The production house, as well as the outsourced manpower, is unavailable due to the outbreak. It is also risky to continue, keeping the health of everyone in mind.
It has also affected Japan Anime work, including the cancellation of the AnimeJapan 2020 event.
The announcement has rescheduled the season from April to July now. Also, the songs “Realize” and “Moment” will now release on August 26, 2020, and September 2, 2020, respectively.
