Recently, there was a confirmation on his Twitter handle by your favorite Jed Mercurio that there will be the release of Bodyguard Season 2.
For those of us who have watched Bodyguard Season 1, and loved the chemistry of Richard Madden and Keeley Halves, there is another shock amid this Coronavirus situation. The wait can be a little longer for the second series of the Bodyguard. But yes, it is confirmed that there will be the release of 2nd season for sure.
BODYGUARD SEASON 1
It is one of the biggest drama which was launched in 2018. Also, it is the most-watched BBC drama of the decade.
The season got tens of millions of views every week. The first season is about David Budd, who was a war veteran but had to become Bodyguard to protect Home Secretary Julia Montague ( Keeley Halves). Unfortunately, in the first season, Julia lost her life in a terrorist attack.
ANSWERS TO THE MOST AWAITED QUESTIONS
Now it is the second season that will give us the answer to our most awaited questions. Has David really lost his Julia or some supernatural power had saved her, and she will be alive in the next season, If Julia has really passed away then will there be the arrival of some other girl in his life?
What are the characters who will return back and many more interesting ones that must have been there in your mind? Time will tell us whether we will get all our answers in season 2 only, or some will be left behind for other seasons as well.
For now, we can wait for the release of the second season and can watch other war-related movies like 1917, The Patriot, The great escape, The big red one, and many more for our entertainment with a huge packet of popcorns in this lockdown.
