Pirates of the Caribbean is being one of the biggest and most loved adventure motion pictures to date. Jerry Bruckheimer is the producer of the series, the first film of the series was released in the year 2003 Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the black pearl which grossed over US$654 million and till now five parts of the franchise have been released.
It has been one of the most successful and popular franchises of Disney, and all of the films have made an aggregate amount of over $4 billion worldwide. It is the 14th-highest-grossing film series of all time.
