Hataraku Saibou is an anime series, which is a screen adaptation of the manga of the same name. The series is of the genre action cum adventure. The story is written by Akane Shimizu. Hataraku Saibou series is also known by the name Cells at Work. Season 1 had a total of 13 episodes. Hataraku Saibou Season 2 Release Date
A special episode called Hataraku Saibō: Kaze Shōkōgun ( Cells at Work: Cold Syndrome) got released on 27 December 2018. Again on March 23, 2019, the official twitter account of Cells at work announced that the show has been renewed for a second season. The production has already started, we can assume that Hataraku Saibou Season 2 may get released somewhere in 2021. The scheduled date of release is set for January 9, 2021.

The Plot of Hataraku Saibou Season 2
The series is trying to show the work of human body. Each cell of the human body is performing specific functions each day. This helps the body to perform in a natural and smooth way. But the whole things changes, when the enemies invade the body. The enemies include viruses, infections etc. The enemies are fought against by the special cells in the body.
Each cell is given an anthropomorphic form, so that viewers can identify them and they can also understand, what all processes are going on inside the human body. The show mainly concentrates on two cells, one is a red blood cell named AE3803 and another one is a white blood cell called U-1146. Seeing this series a viewer can understand, how each cell in the body is working hard every single day to keep the system move on smoothly. Will Hataraku Saibou Season 2 continue on this?
