The Magicians is a fictional drama by Sera Gamble and John McNamara. It is based on Lev Grossman’s book called ‘The Magicians’. The show aired with its first season on December 16, 2015. There are a total of 5 seasons and 65 episodes. Season 5 was released last year on April 1 on Syfy network. With the end of the season, 5 fans are hoping for The Magicians Season 6.
The Magicians Storyline
As the title suggests the show is focused on magic, magical school, and creatures. The story revolves around Quentin Coldwater and Julia Wicker. Quentin is a fan of Fillory and Further. He wants to be a magician and this is why he joins Brakebills University for Magical Pedagogy. Later, Quentin finds that the world that he loved in his childhood is a reality. On top of that, it is a threat to humanity. Julia is Quentin’s childhood friend. She fails to get into Brakebills as a result she needs to find another school for herself.
