The Murphy Family is coming back to tickle our funny bones with F is for Family Season 5 in 2021!
Animated American web series has a unique way of portraying dysfunctionality prevalent within familial setups. These kind of series are often mistaken to be similar to cartoons. However, the themes and the subject matter tackled by them prove otherwise. Presented via an adult perspective, they seek to satirize political and social institutions and how they impact our lives. F is for Family was created by comedian Bill Burr and Michael Price for Netflix. The first season of the show started airing on 18 December 2015 and it stars the voices of Bill Burr, Laura Dern, Justin Long, Sam Rockwell, Haley Reinhart, and more.

The show has been renewed for its fifth and final season by Netflix. Bill Burr, the co-creator of the show went ahead and shared the post made by the official Twitter account of Vulture regarding the update on 2 October 2020. The platform has claimed that the ‘F’ also stands for Final other than Family this time around.
F is for Family Season 5 Release Date
The fifth season is currently in the early stages of production. It will be released in the coming year of 2021. If it is not postponed for some reason, then we can expect the final season to drop around the latter half of the year.

F is for Family Storyline
Set in the 1970s in the fictional town of Rustvale, Pennsylvania, the show revolves around the life of the Irish-American Murphy Family. The series has been inspired by the old memories of Bill Burr, the comedian who is the co-creator and executive producer of the show and also voices the protagonist Frank Murphy.
