Golden Kamuy is a Japanese Anime series based on the manga of the same name by Satoru Nadu. The series is directed by Hitoshi Nanba and produced by Geno Studio. The show has three seasons in total, with the third season currently being aired. The third season aired on October 5, 2020. Each season has 12 episodes. Golden Kamuy Season 3 Storyline

Saichi Sugimoto, works as a miner to provide for the widow of his dead colleague. Before being a miner, he was a soldier at the Battle of 203 Hill in Russo- Japanese War. He hears a tale of a hidden Ainu Gold, secrets of which are hidden in the tattoos of escaped prisoners from Abashiri prisons. Therefore, he along with Asirpa, try to find the hidden treasure.

In Episode 28, we see Kiroranke trying to get close to Asirpa, and tries to come as a trustworthy person. On the other hand, Sugimoto is catching a young boy, who has a copy of an escaped convict Gansoku Mairharu’s tattoo. At the end of the episode, we see a man, who is a manager of a circus, where the young boy (revealed to be Yamada) works, giving Sugimoto the bag which supposedly contains a copy of the tattoo.

Golden Kamuy Episode 29 Discussion

The manager has given Sugimoto the bag, but we don’t if it contains a copy of the tattoo. The copy might have dropped somewhere or it can also be that Yamada is working for someone else. Also, it will be interesting to see what are the plans for Kiroranke.
