The final season, Orange is the new black season 7 released in 2019. Orange Is the New Black Season 8 has not been announced by the makers yet, despite being highly-acclaimed and hugely popular.

The audiences loved all the characters in Orange is the new black and would love to see them again in a new season- Taylor Schilling as Piper Chapman, Laura Prepon as Alex Vause, Yael Stone as Lorna Morello, and Samira Wiley as Poussey Washington.
Other characters important to the show that the audiences would love to watch in Season 8 are Kate Mulgrew as Galina “Red” Reznikov, Michelle Hurst as Miss Claudette Pelage, Jason Biggs as Larry Bloom, and Michael Harney as Sam Healy.

Orange is the new black, is one of the most-watched series on Netflix. It has gained many fans to its account. The plot of the series is of a different genre which makes it more interesting.

The story revolves around the protagonist Piper Chapman, a woman in her thirties, living her life in New York City and is also sentenced to 15 months in a federal prison in upstate New York. Before ten years, she was convicted of transporting illegal drug money to her girlfriend, who was allegedly a drug dealer. Such a sudden and unexpected incident disturbs her relationship with her friends, fiancé, and family. The fifth and the sixth season showed what happened inside the prison. The final season gives an end to the stories of the inmates.
