Altered Carbon: About The Series
The storyline of Altered Carbon is set in the year 2384 in a future city called Bay City. In this time, memory and consciousness are digitized and stored into devices called cortical stacks, which can be implemented in the spine of people. When the physical body of a person is damaged or destroyed because of accidents, their stack can be re-sleeved into new shapes.
The plot revolves around Takeshi Kovacs, an investigator whose mind was imprisoned has a new shot at life, but the only condition is that he has to solve a murder. Will he be successful in solving the murder? Will he be resurrected and be a free man, or not?

Altered Carbon 3: Expectations
Nothing has been confirmed about the plot of Altered Carbon season 3. It is way too soon to ask for a new season when a second season and an anime movie were recently released.
One thing can be said for sure that in season 3, we will see a new Takeshi Kovacs. There is a slight chance that in the upcoming season, we will no longer see the character of Chris Conner.
Altered Carbon Season 3 Release
Altered Carbon has yet not been officially renewed for a third season, but most probably, we will get a new season as the show has received positive reviews, and season two had had many loose ends, which need to be tied. Although we don’t have a particular date, Altered Carbon season 3 will most probably release in 2021.
