Season Going To Extended?
John Landgraf, FX’s chairman, has brought up this to our notice at Television Critics Association winter press tour that season 3 of Atlanta will have one more episode. Previously it was announced that the installment has only nine episodes. So, now the latest chapter is going to have ten episodes in total.
How Long Is The Wait for Atlanta Season 3?
Though this happiness can be ruined up by knowing that the upcoming season is not getting released before the start of 2021 and the same is confirmed by Landgraf too, he also made up our day by proclaiming that Season 4 which is also confirmed will be released soon after the finale of season 3. The fourth season is expected in the fall of 2021.
Well, the infamous crisis hovering over the entertainment industry due to COVID 19 can push the release of both seasons to a further date. This would not have been the case if production hadn’t been incomplete. No announcement is made yet regarding the postponement.
What Plot Be Will Followed?
The interesting part of the new season is that Landgraf has also announced that the series will be shot outside the US too.
While answering the questions regarding the storyline, Landgraf has clearly hinted that the season is following the same path as the previous season. The second season had shown us that Earn and Van finds out that Lotte is full of capabilities and needs advanced learning. We have seen Darius and Alfred leaving the native place for European Tour.
We are seeing Landgraf’s announcement of filming the season outside the US has hinted that we will see more of the European Tour where Paper Boi (Brian Tyree Henry) is invited. It is reported that most of the plot will revolve around the Tour only.
Atlanta Season 5 Is In Line?
We all don’t want the series to end up so fastly, and though there is no confirmation for season 5, FX’s chairman stated that “As long as Donald wants to make more Atlanta, I’m down for that,” while adding “But it’s his choice.”
