After receiving overflowing love from the fans, Ryo Ando has decided to come back to direct Season 2 of Interviews with Monster Girls. The renewal of the show has been confirmed by A1 Pictures and the Season 2 has been licensed by Funimation as well. It’s indeed good news for the fans of this show.

Despite the official announcement of Season 2, there is still no news regarding the release date. With the ongoing pandemic, it’s quite uncertain to confirm a release date for Season 2. The only option left with us is to wait for another announcement. Let’s see if we can get any updates for the same by the end of 2020.

The Storyline
The supernatural existence of demi-humans or “demis” is confirmed by Interviews with Monster Girls. The story marks out how they’ve come to be accepted by the society gradually. At the focus of the show we have Tetsuo Takahashi, a biology teacher who has to teach three demis. In the process, he attempts to learn more about them as he feels an attraction towards them.
The show is constructed in such a manner that it makes us question our morals, the way we live and how we accept to deal with people who are different from us. Well if you want to see the twists and turns of the next season then a little wait is all we are asking for.
