Made in Abyss is a Japanese anime television series that falls under the genres of Animation, now Made in Abyss Season 2 is coming to Watch Made in Abyss Online Adventure, Drama.
Made in Abyss is directed by Masayuki Kojima and written by Hideyuki Kurata. Its first season premiered on 7th July 2017 and finished it’s 13 episodes on 29th September of the same year.
The series is also available in the form of a Japanese manga series by Akihito Tsukushi and an anime film by the name Made in Abyss: Dawn of the Deep Soul directed by Masayuki Kojima that released on 17th January this year.

It has been three years since the first season was released and gained tremendous success during the course of its running, including the Anime of the Year award at Crunchyroll’s Anime Awards that took place in 2017.

The announcement regarding its renewal for Made in Abyss Season 2 was made just after the end of its first season, but there is no official date from the makers of the show yet.
We expect it to come out in December, though. Moreover, the new season will have at least ten episodes going by the fact that the first one had 13.
The Cast
As of now, we just have information about the return of these characters in Made in Abyss Season 2:

- Reg voiced by Mariya Ise (Japanese) and Luci Christian (English)
- Nanachi voiced by Shiori Izawa (Japanese) and Brittney Karbowski (English)
- Mitty voiced by Eri Kitamura (Japanese) and Monika Rial (English)
The new Made in Abyss Season 2 may, however, introduce new characters that are unknown as of now.
The Storyline
The story originally revolves around Riko, an orphan living in an orphanage in Ortho town. She decides to elope to find answers related to her long lost mother and investigate the matter all on her own, during which she befriends a robot named Reg.
As of now, with the absence of any sort of trailer, teaser, or official news, we cannot derive much about what the second season is going to be about.
