The show was exclusively available on CBS until Netflix managed to obtain the rights of the show in October 2020. Netflix has picked up the rights of the show only in the US thus far and not internationally. All four seasons of the show is available on Netflix.
Renewal Status
Earlier this year, CBS decided to drop the series along with a number of shows including pilots were cancelled. The show was canceled by CBS after the fourth season came out and there has been a lot of speculations regarding its reasons even though the series got a decent number of views.
But fans have suggested that Netflix could pick up the show where CBS left off and continue. Fans have been pleading with Netflix to bring up Man with a Plan Season 5.

Netflix or CBS haven’t officially confirmed the revival of season 5 and thus it is unlikely that the production has started. Thus, no release date has been decided or announced.
