Rick and Morty Season 5 is an upcoming American adult animated sitcom series created by Justin Roiland and Dan Harmon. Moreover, This series was originated from an animated short parody film of Back to the Future. Furthermore, the short film was created for Channel 101. The characters were voiced by Justin Roiland, Chris Parnell, Spencer Grammer, and Sarah Chalke.
Rick and Morty Season 5 Plot
The plot of this revolves around the adventures of the Smith family. Moreover, the Smith Family consists of Jerry, Beth, their children, Summer, and Morty. Furthermore, Rock Sanchez, Beth’s father lives them as a guest. The family used to live outside Seattle, Washington. However, Morty and Rick adventures across different infinite realities and planets through portals and Rick’s flying car.

The makers of this series have confirmed Rick and Morty Season 5 in July 2020. It’s definitely good news for all the fans of this series.

The Cast
The makers haven’t confirmed the cast of this season. However, Chris Parnell who plays Jerry will return in season 5. We come to this conclusion because he revealed being a part of season 5 to IGN “I’ve upgraded my home setup – even though it doesn’t look like it – so I can actually record proper sessions.” However, we expect the following voice artists to return:
- Spencer Grammer as Summer
- Sarah Chalke as Beth
- Justin Roiland as Rick and Morty
Rick and Morty Season 5 Release Date
The makers haven’t confirmed the release date for season 5 of this series. However, we expect it to release sometime in 2021.
