The Sony Animations Studio has held a talk in December 2018, since then they are planning to execute their ideas into the animation for the second sequel.
However, the Studios did not make any official announcement till now. The movie will take another year or two. The video of the film got loaded on Twitter, and it was able to create a lot of expectations from the movie.

The release will be no sooner. We are expecting the film to be on the screens by the year 2022. The officials might hint about the launch in the future, but until now, we are assuming it to get a release after two years.
