The plot of Tonikawa Over The Moon For You Episode 7 revolves around a boy, Nasa Yuzaki. However, one day he gets hit by a truck, while he was going to school for giving entrance exams. Luckily, a beautiful girl, Tsukasa Tsukuyomi saves him. Later, he followed her till the bus stop and confessed his love for her. However, she agreed but with a condition. The condition was to marry her first. Later, on her 18th birthday, Nasa reaches her doorstep with a marriage form. He was still thinking about the promise he made years ago.
However, Tsukasa’s younger sister refused Nasa’s proposal. And bought him for her family. Soon, they started developing their relationship. Moreover, Aya Arisagawa had a crush on Nasa. However, she didn’t know that he was married to Tsukasa. Instead, she assumed them to a family member. Later, when she came to know about the truth she came in support of Nasa’s relationship.
