Sold over 1.2 million copies, World Trigger is an anime adaptation of the Japanese manga series of the same name by the author and artist Daisuke Ashihara. Commonly known by the name WorTri, World Trigger Season 2 has been made public at the time of Jump Festa 2020. The disclosure came out with a new preview teaser and prime visuals.
World Trigger Season 2 Release Date & Overview
Anime adaption based on the manga series produced by studio Toei Animation will be directed by Morio Hatano. The composition of the series will be designed by the author Hiroyuki Yoshino, whereas the characters will be designed by the artist Toshihisa Kaiya which will play along with Kenji Kawai’s music.
So earlier it was being rumored that Season 2 was going to release in July 2020. However due to the sudden onset of coronavirus the release date severely affected and therefore season 2 was delayed now it has been confirmed that Season 2 of World Trigger is going to release sometime in 2021.
The Cast
For the voice acting part, the cast will remain the same as in previous seasons. With Yuuki Kaji as Osamu Mikumo, Nobunaga Shimazaki as House, Tomo Muranaka as Yuma Kuga, Yuichi Nakamura as Yuichi Jin, and Nao Tamura as Chika Amatori. The plot of the new season will proceed as the Mikumo Unit try to combat their way over to rank A.

However, the menace is caused by an unexpected attack by Galopoula, a liege country of the Neighbourhood’s enormous warrior state.
