Zombieland Saga Season 2 an upcoming anime television series produced by MAPPA, Avex Pictures, and games. Season 1 of the series aired in Japan from October to December 2018. It is written by Shigeru Murakoshi and directed by Munehisa Sakai.
Licensed from Crunchyroll and Funimation. It is premiered on ANIPLUS Asia for the English network, given a rating of 4.5 Crunchyroll out of 5. And Season 2 is likely to set to return sometime in 2021.
Zombieland Saga Season 2 Plot
Living their normal lives in the sunny morning where birds are chattering, but unaware of the fact that the peace of these seven girls is going to be destroyed soon.
The world is taken over by the zombies the “living dead”. A frightening reality that no one wants but the world now is terrifying yet so amazing.
The one and the only combined goal were to be alive in this apocalypse and survive through this saga.
The Characters
As starting out anime this series yet to achieve stardom and popularity so there might be some changes in accordance with the script. But some of the characters should be there to make the anime go further.
Those are sakura Minamoto voiced by Kaede Hondo and portrayed by Sakiho Motonishi. Some supporting characters are also there like Kotaro Tatsumi voiced by Mamoru Miyano and portrayed by Noriyuki Ohashi.
Zombieland Saga Season 2 Release Date
After the successful season one of 12 episodes at the finale of the first season it was promised that the story will go further. As of now, there is no word of that but it will be going to release somewhere in 2020. The official Twitter handle of theirs is indicating towards the release of season 2.
