W- Two worlds apart is a 2016 South Korean television series with Broadcasting center MBC. It aired on Wednesdays and Thursdays at 22:00 (KST) on MBC from July 20 to September 14, 2016. Eventually, episode by episode series made great progress and viewers also liked it and gave a 94% user rating, Apart from user ratings it got a good response from critics too. W Two Worlds Apart Season 2 Plot Synopsis
The series focuses on the eponymous fictional titled as W, written and illustrated by its renowned author and illustrator Oh Seong-moo (Kim Eui-Sung). Made a whole new world through his writing. W became so famous in South Korea that even its printed versions became a best-seller there.
The plot of the W starts with the younger years of its lead character Kang Chul (Lee Jong-suk), a handsome and intelligent boy who is also skilled in the shooting. He is famous in South Korea as he won a shooting competition during the Olympics. But this fame got defamed when the unknown Murderer massacres his family, and he is wrongly accused of the crime.
Another character who is an antagonist, Han Cheol-ho (Park Won-sang), handles the case to gain political popularity, yearns the court to impose the death penalty upon Kang Chul. Despite his efforts, Kang Chul is deemed innocent of the crime. Depressed over losing his family, he attempts to commit suicide over the river, but suddenly stops himself and chooses to search for the real killer instead and devote his life to crime-fighting.
W Two Worlds Apart Cast
This season has not revealed his cast yet, nevertheless, there will be no major changes in main characters. But as far as supporting characters are concerned it will add or change some of them. Some majors of season one are Lee Jong-suk as Kang Chul, The lead character of the popular comic series W. Another one is Han Hyo Joo as Oh Yeon-Joo, A surgeon in Myung-Se Hospital.

W- Two Worlds, after its release, quickly climbed up to the rating ladder, With an average of 14.59% viewership. It rapped up its finale on September 17, 2016, with no loose threads left. The makers have not come up with an announcement of a renewal. So, it is almost certain that ‘W’ won’t be renewed for a second season.
