The Plot
The story revolves around a generation of humans, who have discovered a fourth dimension called Dimension W. The dimension has got infinite power within it. To get energy from this new source, mankind develops devices called coils. But finally, everything falls into the hands of a corrupt and new energy corporation.

Kyouma Mabuchi, an ex-soldier, still uses a gas-powered vehicle to exploit energy, when the rest of the world, uses the new form of energy. His job is that of a collector, and his job is to find out all the individuals who use the illegal coils to get energy. As he is in search of the corrupt associations that use this illegal form of energy, he also finds out all the mysteries related to Dimension W.

Kyouma Mabuchi who is the lead role of the series has black spiky hair, and he has also got a small braid that goes out from the back of his head. He is ill-mannered and anti-social. He is working under Mary, who pays him in the form of gasoline. Mira Yurizaki, an android, is the partner of Kyouma Mabuchi
