Elite Season 4: Renewal Status
The director of Elite, Diego Avalos officially announced the renewal of season 4 in May 2020. After season 1 came out in 2018, the Spanish series has been a hit on Netflix with over 20 million household accounts watching it within its first month. It was reported that seasons 4 and 5 were given a green light as well.
Elite Season 4: Release Date
There have been no official announcements regarding the release date of the new season. The production and shooting of the fourth season have started but due to the coronavirus outbreak, production of many shows has been delayed. Thus fans can expect season 4 of Elite to come out in the mid or the later months of 2021.
The Plot
Season 3 of the series ended with many twists and cliffhangers. We can expect the plot of Elite Season 4 to continue from the previous season. The plot might explore the dynamics and confrontations between the old students that stayed at las Encinas and the new ones.
The Cast: Who will return?
It was revealed that season 4 of the series can expect a brand new cast. Though a few cast members of the previous seasons are expected to reprise their roles, Itzan Escamilla as Samuel, Miguel Bernardeau as Guzmán, Arón Piper as Ander, Omar Shana as Omar, Claudia Salas as Rebeca, Georgina Amorós as Cayetana will be returning for the new season.
The official Twitter account of Elite revealed the new cast members which includes Manu Dios, Pol Grinch, Carla Díaz and Martina Cariddi will all play new characters at Las Encinas.
