Extracurricular Season 2 is a South Korean Teen-Crime drama, directed by Kim Jin-Min, and produced by Yoon Shin-Ae. The series was released on April 29,2020, and featured 10 episodes. The show has garnered immense critical acclaim and fan adoration with an IMDb rating of 7.7. In this article, we’ll talk about the second season of the show.
Extracurricular Season 2 Storyline
The main character of the Oh Ji-Soon, is a high school student, who lives a double life, one as a high school student another as a security provider for an illegal prostitution business. In the final episode, Mr.Lee, an associate of Jin-Soon dies due to the feuds. The entire class also gets to know that Seo Min-Hee is a sex worker, leading to various students bullying her. At the final moments, we see Bae Gyu-Ri (Oh Ji-Soon’s crush), arrive at Oh Ji-Soon’s house only to find it empty, with only a few traces of blood scattered on the floor.
The Official Announcement
The ending of the first season was very vague, we don’t know what happened Jin-Soon, was he killed, did he survive some fatal shooting, or did he escape, and provided a false ruse to the detectives. Despite all the storytelling opportunities present to them, Netflix has not renewed the show for a second season. There hasn’t been any announcement from anyone regarding Extracurricular Season 2.

Extracurricular Season 2 Release Date
There has been no announcement of Extracurricular Season 2, let alone the release date. If Season 2 is in the works, then we can expect a new season to come out somewhere around mid-2022 to late 2022.
