Haikyu is a Japanese based Manga series created by Haruichi Furudate. Was originally released in 2012 and has about 45 lists of volumes to date. It has an interesting and inspiring plot about a young boy and his determination to become a great volleyball player. Shoyo Hinata a young junior school student is obsessed with volleyball after he is inspired by the national Karasuno High school game viewed on TV. Hinate was already a talented athlete who had an impressive vertical jump. he decided to joining the volleyball team only to find out that he is the only member of the team who has to spend the next 2 years in convincing the students to practice.

Later in his second year he suffers a defeat against the opponent team and his leader Tobo Kageyama ” the King of the court” and they instantly spark as rivals in which Hinata challenges Tobo that he will defeat them. The story from then on is solely focused on winning the national game and how they defeat and overcome each other’s potential to restore their names.
