Higurashi When They Cry Gou Episode 7 Release Date
The seventh episode of Higurashi 2020 is titled “Cotton-Deceiving Chapter, Part 3” and it will be released on 12 November 2020, Thursday at 11:30 pm JST. Make sure to catch up with the previous episodes of this season before the new broadcast.

Higurashi When They Cry Gou Storyline
Recapitulating what happened in the last episode: Shion speaks out about the solidarity among the people of Hinamizawa. She claims that regardless of who’s targetted in the village, everyone else stands united with that person and for the reputation of the village as well. Further, into the episode we see Keichi, Rika, Rena, Jirou, and Miyo discuss the Hinamizawa festival.
It has become a life-threatening event since the aftermath of the festival each year brings forth the news of someone’s death. It is also revealed that the people who are associated with the Hinamizawa dam project are the supposed targets for such killings. Most villagers deem this to be the work of a curse, but our protagonists follow their instincts and attempt to get deeper into this case.
The seventh episode will pick up this investigation right where it was left off in the sixth one. The group has decided to get to the bottom of this case and stop these disappearances for once and for all.
