The American romantic movie “By The Sea,” written and directed by Angelina herself, was shot in 2014 during their honeymoon in Malta. Jolie said to The Hollywood Reporter that “By The Sea” was the last effort of sorts to sustain her marriage, which ended in 2016, a year later than the premier of the movie.
