Love In The Moonlight Season 2 Plot
The coming of age romance is set in the 19th century. It tells the story of a young woman, Hong Ra-on, and the Crown Prince, Hyo Myung. Ra-on disguises herself as a man and ghostwrites and gives relationship advice to men. Through a letter, she comes in contact with the Prince and his trusted guard, Kim Byung-Yeon. Through some events, Ra-on gets sold into the Royal Palace as a eunuch. As a result, she gets involved in a political power turmoil with Queen Kim and her father.
The Prime Minister is grooming his grandson, Kim Yoon-sung, to take over the throne. As a result, he is in direct competition with the Crown Prince. The story explores political struggles and romantic struggles as both are pursued. The second season will carry on from where the first left off. Other than that, there is no new information available about it. When there will be, we will update the viewers.

This show’s cast is led by one of the most celebrated actors in the Korean television industry; Park Bo-gum. Along with him, a lot of people are responsible for the success of the show. Some of the cast is mentioned below.

Love In The Moonlight Season 2: Where To Watch
The show originally aired on KBS World with a plethora of channels broadcasting it in over twenty countries. Also, the first and only season is available for viewing on Netflix and Viki. At one point, it was available on Hulu as well. Sadly, it’s no longer available on that platform. The second season will also be broadcast on KBS World and other channels whenever it comes out. Also, it will be available on Netflix for international viewers who want to binge-watch the series.

The show is very well received by critics and viewers alike. Sadly, this is not enough for the creators to greenlight Love In The Moonlight season 2. The current expectation for a release date from KBS is in 2022. We know that’s a long way away, but there is always hope for a second season.
Shows have come back after long hiatuses in the past, and this is hardly the longest one. The effect of the show is called ‘Moonlight Syndrome.’ So, those of you that have Moonlight Syndrome don’t lose hope just yet. Once there is more information, we will let you know.
