Big Little Lies, which went hit after the first and the second season, is facing trouble with the third season. The series which aired on HBO is facing numerous problems for the third launch.
The reason can be the take over of the show from Jean-Marc Vallée to Andrea Arnold. The catch over has lost the creative flow of the show is some of the other reasons. The production team is not so happy with the new directions of the show. Arnold, who is an academy winner of most of the shows, is unable to portray out the creative courses well.
However, the show went back to its real director, but HBO was not satisfied with the decision. HBO stated in a statement, “There wouldn’t be a season two of Big Little Lies without Andrea Arnold.
“We at HBO and the producers are extremely proud of her work. As with any television project, the executive producers work collaboratively on the series, and we think the final product speaks for itself.”
Adding more to it, Casey Bloys, the President of programming in HBO, said, “We’re indebted to her, she did a beautiful job, and she got extraordinary performances.
“As anybody who works in TV knows, the director typically does not have final creative control… the idea that creative control was taken from a director is just a false premise. “Typically, what happens on TV is the director turns in a director’s cut, and the production team uses that to hone the episodes, and that’s what happened here.”
Any Chances for Big Little Lies season 3??
As the officials have denied the launch of the third season, we are heartbroken with such a decision.
Falling light to the judgment, actress Nicole Kidman said that there would be some chances for the third season.
However, the ratings of the show did not hit down. So we might have a small chance for the next season.
