Snowfall is an American crime drama series, initially premiering on Showtime and later got picked up by FX. The show had three seasons so far, with the first one airing from July 5 2017 to September 6, 2017. The Second Season ran from July 19 2018 till September 20, 2018. The last season premiered on July 10 2019 to September 11, 2019. The show had 30 episodes, with 10 episodes in each season. Now fans are waiting for Snowfall Season 4.
Snowfall Season 4 Storyline

The show is set up in 1983 and the crack cocaine culture of that era with characters like Franklin Saint (an amateur drug dealer, Teddy McDonald (CIA Officer), Gustavo Zapata (a member of a Mexican Cartel Family). The first season ended with Franklin making a deal with Ray Ray killing off Lenny. Gustavo kills off Ramiro, who becomes the new boss after the death of Lucia’s father, (Lucia felt cheated). Teddy makes a deal with that he’ll continue to move their product as long as they supply him and the government with cocaine. At the end of the second season, we see Franklin getting out of jail and he figured out the link between the government and Nicaragua and in the last season Franklin offers to become a CIA asset and he realized the dangers of selling cocaine.

At the time of Episode 3 of Season 3, FX had announced Season Four at the TCA Summer Press Tour. It was supposed to be released by 2020, but due to the coronavirus situation, literally, everything came to a stop, including filming movies and TV shows as well. So Naturally, Snowfall had to stop their production as well. So, the show has been delayed, nothing else was announced.
Snowfall Cast
Most of the cast members can be expected to come out. Damson Idris as Franklin Saint will be a major part of the show, as it always has been. Also, Carter Hudson as Teddy McDonald, Sergio Peris-Mencheta as Gustavo Zapata, Isiah Jones as Leon Simmons, Amin Joseph as Jerome Smith, Angella Lewis as Aunt Louie, Michael Hyatt as Cissy Saint, Judith Scott as Claudia Crane, Alon Aboutbout as Avi Drexler, Kevin Carroll as Alton Saint and many others should be expected to come back.
Kwame Patterson as Lurp has been confirmed for Season 4.
Snowfall Season 4 Release Date
As already mentioned, the show was supposed to come out this year, but because of the virus delays, all plans went abrupt and the show got delayed for the foreseeable future. The show is scheduled to come out in 2021. However, no release date has been announced.
We can expect the season to come out somewhere during late-2021, as there has been no production details and no reports about progress, so we should assume that the production is still in its infancy.
