Solo Leveling is a fantasy South Korean novel written by Chu-Gong, which was initially published on February 14, 2014. In April 2018, a webtoon serialization started in the Korean mobile site KakaoPage. It soon gained popularity and was renewed for a second season. People even started a petition on change.org, asking famous studios like Netflix to release Solo Leveling’s anime series.
Solo Leveling Season 2 – Recap
The plot of this South Korean action and fantasy webtoon series revolves around Sung Jin-Woo, who is the weakest hunter. Hunters are people who have acquired some powers and developed their hunting skills to protect themselves from the monsters. A portal between our world and the world of strange creatures was opened, causing havoc.
One day, Sung Jin-Woo and other hunters find themselves trapped in a dangerous dungeon, and only a few of them survive and manage to escape. Will he be able to survive in that dungeon and emerge as the most potent hunter?
