The wait is finally over people! After six long years, the popular life simulation video game Sims is back with another new addition in its franchise! The first part of the video game was released in 2000, and the 4th part was dropped in the year 2014.
Although the next phase of the Sims franchise is yet to be developed, it is expected to contain many new functions, including having a multi-player option.
The CEO of Electronic Arts, Andrew Wilson, had admitted himself in an interview he gave on the 3rd of January this year that a new version is on the cards. He also talked about the competition Sims is facing in the market currently.
According to him, Sims actually doesn’t have a real competition in its category which has paved its way of becoming so popular and successful worldwide.
Where will the game drop?
Currently, there have been no announcements about the game launch. But looking at the previous versions, it is most likely to get dropped on PC before its debut on PlayStation or Xbox.
Game packs:
Previous versions of Sims include various game packs such as restaurants and even bars! So we can definitely expect something more interesting from Sims 5.
Stuff packs:
Stuff packs have been an essential part of Sims game packs since its first version was developed. They consist of clothes, objects, cars, and what not! The previous versions have had a large number of stuff packs. So this version will for sure be having more than them!
Expansion packs:
The Sims has developed expansion packs from the starting along with their main game. They provide more exciting experiences to the players besides the original game.
Expansion packs like Sims University, Sims pets, and Sims career have gained a lot of admiration from the players. So we can definitely expect the same from the fifth part of the franchise.
